Benny Blanco, Selena Gomez’s boyfriend, is asking over $4 million for his chic New York City condo.
Realtor.com reports that John Gomes of Douglas Elliman has listed the three-bedroom home in Chelsea, a chic neighbourhood, for $3,995,000.
The stunning home, which is housed inside the Chelsea Mercantile building, has three bedrooms, eleven-foot ceilings, and southeast-facing windows that let in an abundance of natural light, according to Realtor.
Images of the exquisitely remodelled condo show off its many features, including a chic black-tiled bathroom and a calm living area.
According to the realtor, a walk-in closet and bespoke door have been installed in the main bedroom. There is also a second bedroom with a Murphy bed.
Regarding the kitchen, it has a breakfast bar and high-end appliances, which the cookbook author probably found useful.
Constructed in 1908, the building has all the amenities a modern city inhabitant could want, including a children’s play area, a gym, a roof deck and 24-hour door attendants.
The listing occurs while Benny and Selena’s connection is getting stronger by the day.
In December, the pop sensation and the music producer went public with their six-month covert romance.
Benny and the singer recently talked about starting a family on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show.
Benny exclaimed, “She’s the coolest, the nicest, the sweetest,” regarding Selena. She genuinely resembles my best friend. We chuckle all f***ing day long.
‘That’s my next aim [to tick] on the box,’ Benny responded when questioned about having children. I have a large number of godchildren and nephews. I adore being among children.
Then Howard asked Benny when he planned to propose to Selena.
I do think, “I don’t know a world where it could be better than this,” whenever I look at her, he gushed.
When Howard later revealed that he had foreseen their marriage, Benny retorted, “You and me both.”
Selena was questioned regarding how she felt about the conversation.
“He cannot lie in order to survive.” Gomez told Time that he will respond to questions posed to him.
I simply treasure every second I have with him. Although I’m not sure what the future contains, I do know that he won’t be leaving anytime soon.
